Our Leadership
Belize Theological Seminary is funded by the generosity of Tate Springs Church in Arlington, Texas. The seminary is led by three of its members, who oversee the curriculum and direction of the institution.
Director of Vision
Dr. Jared C. Wellman
Jared serves as the Lead Pastor of Tate Springs in Arlington, Texas. He has earned his Ph.D. in Apologetics from The Southern Baptist Theological Serminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Director of Education
Armando Hernandez
Armando serves as the Director of Admissions at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he is also a Ph.D. Candidate.
Director of Relations
Curtis James
Curtis serves as the Great Commission Pastor at Tate Springs in Arlington and is pursuing a Doctorate of Education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
